A structured package of on-chain evidence sent to a platform abuse desk after theft — hashes, addresses, timeline, and safe language (not a guarantee of freeze).
Typical contents
- Victim wallet and theft transaction hashes
- Destination addresses with labeled CEX patterns where available
- UTC timestamps and asset amounts
- Statement that labels are pattern-based, not legal attribution
