What exchanges can and cannot do
Abuse teams can review deposits to known hot wallets and freeze accounts under their policies. They cannot reverse blockchain transactions by themselves.
Include in every ticket
- Your wallet address and the thief destination addresses with tx hashes.
- UTC timestamps for the drain window.
- Plain-language summary of what was stolen (token/NFT types).
- Statement that labels are heuristic, not legal findings.
