Terms of Use

By accessing or using Tracefunds at https://tracefunds.app(“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

Tracefunds provides on-chain movement intelligence: indexing public blockchain data, fund-flow visualization, recipient labeling (heuristic confidence only), verification checklists, and exportable case narratives. Outputs are not legal findings, attribution proof, or recovery guarantees.

Payments — all sales final

Reports are sold per scan at $5–$20 USD depending on the service (or as shown on pricing) via Stripe. By completing payment you authorize the charge for the specific wallet or transaction parameters you submitted.

  • No refunds. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unhelpful on-chain results (e.g. funds through mixers), partial index limits, mis-selected network, or user error in pasted addresses — including when a report was successfully generated and delivered.
  • If payment succeeds but no report is produced due to a verified platform error, contact hello@tracefunds.app with your Stripe receipt — we may, at our sole discretion, grant a one-time retry credit (not a cash refund).
  • Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in permanent suspension.

Responsible use

  • Do not use the Service to harass, dox, or make unverified accusations.
  • Do not rely on labels as proof of guilt or ownership without independent verification.
  • Consult qualified legal counsel before filing reports or contacting third parties.
  • Do not represent Tracefunds outputs as law-enforcement or court-ready without review.

Not recovery or professional advice

Tracefunds is not a fund recovery service, exchange, law firm, or financial advisor. We do not hold customer funds, freeze blockchain transactions, or guarantee cooperation from third parties.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracefunds and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from reliance on reports, missed funds, or third-party actions. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
